Synergistic Outcomes was founded in 2003 by Anil Salick. What started as a focus on personal development and motivational programmes has grown into a trusted consultancy specialising in strategic planning, leadership development, and talent assessments. For over 22 years, we’ve partnered with corporates, public sector organisations, universities, and development institutions across South Africa and the African continent. We work with leaders and teams of all sizes — helping them navigate complexity, make sound decisions, align action, and deliver sustained performance. Our name says it all. “Synergistic” comes from the belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. When people and organisations work together with trust and clarity, the results are far more powerful than anyone could achieve alone. “Outcomes” is our constant reminder that everything we do must lead to real, tangible change — not just activities or nice workshops. This philosophy is inspired by Stephen Covey’s idea of interdependence — the power that comes from genuine collaboration and mutual support. It’s why our logo features a circle (representing unity and wholeness) wrapped by a strong “S”, with warm red and orange tones radiating energy and commitment. We are not a traditional consultancy that offers off-the-shelf solutions.
